Subject: Election-2024
Notice:
The election for all posts in the Executive Committee, including President, Vice Presidents, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Organizing Secretary and Members of the Dhaka University, Applied Physics Electronics and Communication Engineering – Electrical and Electronic Engineering Alumni Association will be held on January or February 2024.
Some important clauses from the constitution of the Association are shared herewith for the kind perusal of all concerned:
Clause: 15.2 An Executive Committee shall be formed by direct vote or consensus of ordinary and life members.
Clause: 15.6 All valid members of the Association will be considered to be voters. However, only those who have become members of the Association at least 6 months before the upcoming election can participate in the election process.
Clause 15.7 To be a candidate for any position, s/he must be a voter

আমাদের বিভাগের অসচ্ছল / দরিদ্র ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য গত বছরের ন্যায় এবছরও APECE-EEE Alumni Association হতে Scholarship প্রদান করা হবে। উল্লেক্ষ্য যে গত বছর আমরা প্রায় ২৭০০০০/= টাকা বিভিন্ন বর্ষের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মধ্যে বিতরন করেছি। আগ্রহী ছাত্রছাত্রীদের Attached Application Form টি পূরণ করে ও Supporting Document সহ আগামী ২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারী ২০১৭ (মঙ্গলবার) এর মধ্যে বিভাগের অফিসে / বিভাগের শিক্ষিকা মিফতাহুল জান্নাত রাস্না এর নিকট জমা দিতে হবে।
Supporting Documents:
a) Attested copies of the mark-sheets.
b) 01 copy color passport size photo.
c) Proof of study in the department (an attestation from the chairman of the dept.)
d) Proof of monthly income of father/mother/guardian (an attestation from the chairman of union parishad/ward councilor/pouroshaba/employer.
